🔧 Kitchen tap is loose

🚿 Shower runs cold

Check:
✅ Check hot water supply to other taps — is the boiler producing hot water?
✅ Check shower valve operation

Solution:
✅ If no hot water, check boiler fault codes and reset if needed
✅ If hot elsewhere, replace or service the shower valve
✅ Call an engineer if boiler or valve fault persists

🚰 Bathroom tap leaking

Check:
✅ Identify if leak is from spout, base, or under the sink
✅ Turn off water supply to the tap and dismantle handle
