Our engineers are highly trained to diagnose and repair appliances. Our engineers will carry out all necessary tests to determine what is required to complete the repair. The engineer will carry out gas and electrical tests on the appliance and may require access to all parts of the heating & hot water system.
Our engineer will ask you questions upon his arrival to determine the fault you are experiencing. If you are not at the property when he attends, please make a list of all issues you are experiencing or take a recording of the appliance when it is failed. Intermittent faults can be due to several components failing or about to fail. We recommend that you keep a log of intermittent faults with the following information
- date and time of fault
- any error messages, codes etc
- what was running when the appliance faulted I e heating, hot water.
We will, where possible, have your appliance working upon leaving. If your appliance requires parts our office will advise you of the cost to complete the repair. All components supplied and fitted by our engineers carry a 12-month warranty (subject to terms & conditions).
Our engineer will also advise of any recommendations whilst repairing your appliance.
We offer Heating Protection Plans to cover breakdowns and servicing.
