We carry out site surveys to discuss your requirements and appliance practicalities. We look at what is relevant for your needs now and the future.

We install a range of gas appliances i.e. boilers, gas fire, cookers etc in Natural Gas and LPG. We also install hot water systems, cylinders and thermal stores and general plumbing installations, such as bathrooms, showers or replacement taps.

We provide a detailed estimate for any installation works and guarantee all works carried out.

We upgrade existing systems to current requirements and regulations including the latest Internet Connected Controls.

Our estimates for installations are provided Free of Charge. We won’t chase you once we have received your estimate, but we are here if you wish to discuss any aspect of your estimate.

FAQs

What should I expect on the day?

The engineer(s) will arrive between 8 - 10am. They will move any furniture etc required to facilitate the installation unless advised prior to visit. The engineer will keep you informed throughout the process of any disruptions to water, gas and electric supplies. If the installation is to be carried out over 2 days or more the engineer will endeavour to leave you with hot water and or heating on each day.

Will I have to arrange disposal of the old boiler?

The engineer(s) will remove all old boilers etc from the property upon completion of works.

What about the warranties?

Our admin team will register your boiler and installation with the manufacturer and gas safe. You will receive your warranty documents by post or email. We provide a gas safety certificate if the property is rented. If you have an issue after installation we advise to contact our office who will schedule an engineer to attend.

Other?

We will contact you within 12 months to schedule the annual boiler service. This is a warranty stipulation by manufacturers.
